I was a little concerned about previous reviews that had remarks about the staff, but our interactions were delightful. Both evening and morning staff were courteous and engaging. We even traded war stories about working in the service industry. The gentleman on the morning shift was quite funny and we enjoyed the smile to start the day! Check-in and check out was quick and easy. The room was quiet and quietly located the perfect distance away from the elevator. The exterior of property was tidy and well kept. Conveniently to get to from the highway and food and gas are within walking distance of the hotel.

The room was large and exactly as described! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The breakfast is great, facilities and room was very clean! It is convenient to Downtown and Mall! The location is also fantastic because next to gas station, beside an Arby’s, Taco Bell and Bob Evans Directly across the street and also a Wendy’s! I stayed there also with just my teen daughter and it felt very safe and comfortable! We have stayed multiple times and are returning to stay again in December!

The young lady, (I can’t remember her name) that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We asked where we could have a sit down dinner and she gave us a couple of answers and addresses so we could put in the GPS. Also another employee helped us decide which floor would be best. Both are assets to the hotel.

Jimmy, at the front desk, he is the best. We look forward to seeing him every time we stay, all of the staffs excellent. The pool looks nice with the new paint job. The improvements over the last few years look wonderful. The one place I feel comfortable to stay while visiting the area.
